Olathe, Colorado was established in 1882 in the Uncompaghre Valley Territory of Western Colorado and quickly became the "Hub of the Uncompaghre".  Olathe has largely been a farming community.  The Olathe Cemetery is on the Southeast boundary of the Town Of Olathe, with approximately 13 acres of groomed landscape.
